Memberships
Membership Rules
- Membership is open to anyone who lives within the Club catchment area, at an annual fee of £25, and weekly meeting fee of £4. The annual fee is due at the start of the season, following the Summer break, and must be paid in the first four weeks to maintain the membership. Membership implies acceptance of and commitment to, the Club rules and Constitution.
- Meetings are held on Wednesdays, except for August, starting at 7pm, at Plas Pentwyn Community Centre, Castle Road, Coedpoeth, LL11 3NU.
- New members who join part way through a season, between January and the end of April, will have their annual fee reduced by 50%, and in May to the end of June to 25% of the full fee. Anyone joining in July will pay the full amount, but that will carry over to the following year. Prospective members or visitors can attend two meetings a year with no fee, but membership is required after that.
- Members shall at all times respect all other members, and treat them in a friendly, non-judgemental manner.
- The business of the Club is conducted in English.
- At all times members and visitors are responsible for their own safety and property. The Club has an insurance policy which would cover any loss of Club property, and a liability for any claim which may arise due to a failing of the Club.

Competition Rules
- Only fully paid-up members of the Club are eligible to enter Club competitions.
- In line with the requirements of the PAGB and NWPA, all entries must be your own work, for either processing or image generation, with no external content introduced to your image. All processing and compilation of the final image must be completed by the entrant. The competition organisers are at liberty to request the original unedited files used to produce the final image.
- The Competition Secretary is responsible for organising competitions throughout the season, in line with the published programme, with the subjects advised well in advance.
